TRAFFIC AND TRAVEL ADVISORY

What: The ESPN X Games VIII and the Phillies will have events simultaneously on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (August 15-19). In an effort to make traffic, parking and traveling easy, the following is a list of routes and services that will be in place.

Where: Comcast-Spectacor‚s First Union Complex hosts X Games VIII, the primary venue for the premiere action sporting event that features more than 300 of the world‚s best action sports athletes from seven sports who compete for medals and prize money. X Games VIII includes: Aggressive In-Line Skate, Bike Stunt, Downhill BMX, Moto X, Skateboard, Speed Climb and Wakeboard.

Public Transportation:
ESPN strongly encourages the use of SEPTA. To use mass transit, take SEPTA Rail, Broad Street Line to Pattison Avenue/Sports Complex. SEPTA Tokens will be sold at the Vet and First Union Center. When purchasing Tokens, please purchase round trip subway fare.

Driving Directions:
Weekdays: Thursday, August 15; Friday August 16; Monday, August 19.
From 76, Exit 350, and follow signs to the Sports Complex and parking locations. From 95, Exit 19, Packer Ave, and follow signs to the Sports Complex and parking locations.

Weekend: Saturday, Aug 17 and Sunday, Aug 18 ˆ ONLY -
X Games traffic use Route 76 and 95, Broad Street Exit, and follow the signs to the Navy Yard for Parking & Shuttles, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. For Saturday and Sunday ONLY, additional event parking will be at the Navy Yard from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. with a free shuttle to the X Games venue. Enter the Navy Yard from Broad Street.

Phillies traffic use Route 76, Exit 350, and follow the signs to the Sports Complex and parking locations. Route 95, Exit 19, Packer Avenue, follow signs to the Sports Complex and parking locations.
